We ordered pizza and for the second time we had to wait more than 1.5 hours instead of the hip 30 minutes. It is a maximum of 10 minutes by car from Schönbronn to our home. After we called after 1 hour and wanted to know when our food will finally arrive, it was said that the driver had been on the road for 10 minutes and should be there soon. After we had to wait another 30 minutes and another phone call, we are pretty sure that our order was simply forgotten and instead of apologizing, everything was blamed on the driver. The food was okay, but due to the lack of honesty and no apology, we will not order more here.

Never again! We recently celebrated our wedding there. The location is great, but the hospitality is a disaster! Super nice at the rehearsal dinner, more than careless in the implementation. You had the feeling that you just wanted to somehow get it over with and cash in. In detail: Despite the agreement there was NO CAKE! The owner then thawed a few sandwiches. You had to dispense the Aperol Spritz yourself from a plastic plant - anything but stylish! One dish was PREPARED DIFFERENTLY than at the rehearsal dinner, ONE MISSING COMPLETELY! Most of the staff (except for one who was very dedicated and nice) just stood around and twiddled their thumbs. This one - very committed and nice - employee was the only one who speaks German. The owner himself does not speak any German and was also very UNFRIENDLY that evening. A shame: You only have a celebration like this once in a lifetime - and if you then embarrass yourself in front of friends and relatives ... In this respect: If you want to celebrate in style instead of just chasing after everything, you should do it somewhere else (or rent the beautiful Art Nouveau hall and a caterer let him come).

Unfortunately today I had to experience that the fish I ordered, which should have come out of the oven according to the daily table, was overcooked, watery and cheap goods from the wholesale market. The waitress, who was nice but not professional, passed the information on to the "boss", who disagreed, but didn't think it was necessary to inquire personally about his guests. I hope it was just an isolated case. However, restaurant chef has to be scored with only one star because he was not interested in the opinion of 3 people who had all eaten this miserable fish. No go! Peasant behavior, since everything could have been clarified ...
